Capitol Mac Consultants – 2000 – 2003 – Role: Multi-Role
Over the course of my time with CMC, my duties covered many of the needs of the business. I started as an on-site service technician, providing hardware and software support and training to business and personal customers. I transitioned to the company’s enterprise support department, and provided similar support on the corporate level. At the same time, I fulfilled duties as an in house service technician, in house sales representative, an on-site sales representative, and was also the senior sales representative. During the course of my employment I gained certification for both Apple desktop and portable computers as well as multiple iterations the Mac OS and Apple laserwriter printers. I gained experience in networking and the deployment of wired and wireless networking hardware, and the necessary skills for work ing in a fast paced, team based environment.
